For example a touring bike will require around an inch. For mountain bikes you will require somewhere around 3 inches. As you can see, there are many things to take into consideration when deciding on the perfect bicycle for you. There are people who view the durability of a bike to be most important, this is especially true if you plan to use your bike a lot over rough terrain. Others need a bicycle that will help get them from point to point with very little chance of breaking down. Some people have to think very seriously about the price they are paying for a bike. Be sure to shop around before taking the final decision and parting with your cash. Buying the first bike you find is not advised, in doing this you could end up with a terrible bike and miss out on one that is perfect for you.
